If you are in the hospital, give us a call and we can have a caregiver ready to help you transition back into your home. We can prepare your home for your arrival, water your plants, take out the garbage, do the laundry, throw out old food, and improve safety in your home prior to your hospital departure.
Our service include as little as 4 hours of exceptional care a day to 24 hour care to help you with your daily activities. Our caregivers can also provide transportation to and from the hospital and take you to your many follow up Doctor appointments. We can pick up new medications, schedule appointments, all to keep you improving both physically and mentally. We all want to see you improve and enjoy life again back in your home.
Approved Home Care provides you with compassionate and quality on-going care for further assistance once you transition back home. You may need additional help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, running errands, to shopping and organizing.
